Paul Frank Lip Smacker party pack 2013
Paul Frank came through again with a new 8-piece party pack that features some yummy ice-cream flavors and a really hilarious design (like seriously, Julius the Monkey as an ice cream cone, could it get any better?).
From left to right:

*Cookies and Cream
*Caramel Creme
*Pineapple Creme
*Mint Chip
Caramel seems to be a popular go-to for BB right now. My favorites from this collection are Chocolate Fudge, Rainbow Sherbet, and Pineapple Creme. What about you guys?
If you remember awhile back I posted about the new flavors found in the Lip Smacker Checklist, and if it’s accurate than we’re missing Vanilla Creme, Angel Food Cake, Devil’s Food Cake, and the axed Cinnamon Sugar (may it rest in peace). Also I don’t see Pineapple Creme on the list–perhaps it replaced Cin. Sugar at the last second?
It makes sense that the Angel/Devil cakes are MIA since this is an ice-cream themed set, but I wonder if we will see them ever? So many questions!

Can’t forget the two new addition to the perfection that is the Brights family–Lemon Drop and Cream Pop.
You can find them paired with Springtime themed press-on nails. They smell exactly like lemon candy and orange dreamsicles. Love, love, love. The Brights stuff is a new-classic collection for sure, right?
Vintage Minnie Lip Smackers
And BB is also selling a re-done vintage Minnie duo in Cotton Candy and Cupcake for Spring! Even though they’re repeat flavors, they’re worth a buy. Their Lip Smacker Disney stuff is expanding really fast.

I bet I would love the flavors of the new brights, but the texture of them is too weird for me. I love the New Paul Frank party pack, though, as well as the milkshake trio. I LOVE that they brought back Root Beer Float!
I know what you mean about the texture! It’s definitely weird. Also is it just me or do some of these new smackers have loose fitting caps? It seems to be 50/50 whether or not the cap will fit properly. Like, they go on but they don’t have that satisfying snap that they’re meant to.
And yeah, now they just need to bring back Blueberry 😀
I NEED the Paul Frank party pack 🙂 I haven’t seen it at any stores yet, just the website. I’m sure I’ll find it soon enough. I did get the vintage beverage trio at Walgreens though that came with a free Orange Sherebet Lip Smacker.

I just ordered a bunch of older lip smackers on ebay! 2000 cookies, orange pop, lime light, and a few othe oldies but goodies. I can’t wait until they arrive! I just started up my collection again. =)

I just bought the milkshake trio pack! I got a whole set of the brights from some contest, but I do not like them. They’re too sticky; they do not go on smoothly. I think I might give them to my nieces.
A few people have mentioned the stickiness thing. It stinks that the consistency is bad but the scents are sooo good.
It’s ok, my local Walgreens hardly have anything for LS, and I went to both of my local targets and it seems that they’ve pulled all of their Paul Frank LS from the shelf and replaced them with a bunch of Hello Kitty stuff. 🙁
I noticed the Hello Kitty crazy-ness too 🙁 Hopefully the party pack starts showing up more frequently, since it seems like they keep the PF stuff around for a long time. Sorry you haven’t had any luck yet! <3
I went to Wal Mart the other day and finally found the vintage Sour Grapes trio. That made my day, but I was sad to see alot of Crayola brand cosmetics where the Bonne Bell stuff should be. Just like Target with the Hello Kitty stuff.
