Confession time: I am a little bit in love with the new Summer Camp trio.

I think I’m leaning toward the sour-sweetness of Frozen Lemonade (I like lemon-anything), but Kettle Corn‘s sugar-y popcorn scent is pretty perfect. And Toasted S’mores brings me back a few years to previous flavors. If you think about it, they’re like the Snack Time and Halloween smackers combined. Too good!

I’m not sure what my favorite flavor from the set is, but that’s an OK problem to have 😀

Oh, and guess what? Bonne Bell wants to spread the summer love, so they’ve kindly offered to send the yummy trio to one lucky Bunnycookie reader! And as an extra sweet bonus, the winner will also be getting the retro biggy trio. Scroll down below for directions on how to enter!

waaa i need these! how cool, thanks!

  2. I was pretty happy with this set, and all the novelties this far for that matter! I’ve been having the same problem finding all of the novelties being too delicious, you can’t pick just one fave flavor! That might change once Red Licorice appears. It does remind me of a mix of the Snack Time and Halloween flavors.

I haven’t checked the blog in a week and I checked today with just a few contest hours left! Whew! I need these bad, my area never gets new ones… thanks!

No luck finding these in the Albany NY area either. Since K-Mart has left the area seems like other stores like Walmart, Target and Rite-Aid carry the classics and none of the newer items.

  37. Renee on July 21, 2015 at 2:38 PM said:

I just got a Revo lip balm in pink lemonade (it’s made by Oralabs, it’s a different brand than Lip Smackers), and it smells just like the frozen lemonade Lip Smacker. It makes me wonder if the reason why there’s been changes to some of the Lip Smacker flavors is because of the price. I wonder if it’s cheaper for them to make Dr. Pepper Lip Smackers with that cheesy cherry cola smell than how it used to smell.

    • Stef on July 21, 2015 at 3:52 PM said:

That’s a good thought Renee. It would actually make sense of changing formulas because using quality products for balms/glosses would be increasing the price. But also the biggest factor: people not buying LS and BB anymore, which means lack of money coming in, means they have to cut back and I just had another thought since it’s American made, they have to pay the American workers, that could’ve gone up or it just went all, obviously just like all companies, goes to the CEO and the higher up.

Where is Revo found? Is it made in the USA too?

      • Renee on July 21, 2015 at 5:58 PM said:

Revo lip balms are found in stores like Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Rite Aid, and Kroger. They’re in a sphere shape like EOS lip balm and made in the US. Have you ever heard of Chap Ice lip balm? They’re the same company that makes those.

        • Stef on July 21, 2015 at 7:06 PM said:

Nope never heard of these and neither Chap Ice. Bu then again we don’t have a Big Lots or a Dollar Tree. I rarely go into Walgreens and the nearest Rite Aid is an hours drive. I checked the reviews on Makeupalley and it has a 4.8 rating with 16 reviews. I’ll check out the balms at Walgreens.

          • Renee on July 21, 2015 at 10:48 PM said:

That’s where I got the pink lemonade one. They come out with a few new flavors about every season or few months. To me they’re like EOS lip balms in shape but like Lip Smackers in variety. I really wish Lip Smacker would have jumped on the sphere lip balm bandwagon and created their own collection of them. It would have made people who don’t like EOS lip balms turn to those instead, but it’s too late to try that now.
